Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 15 days from the time you receive the item to let us know if there are any issues with your order. After 15 days we reserve the right to not correct whatever the issue may be. If more than 15 business days have passed since you've received your item please contact us at tgappareldesigns@gmail.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our items are non-returnable due to the customized nature of each item.  There will also be no returns on items due to the color, font, or text choice that you selected.  If you have questions before placing an order please reach out to us.
